Pregnant or not pregnant?? That is the question!

I went in for my blood test this morning bright and early at 7:30 AM and waited nervously ALL DAY for my results and I finally received a phone call at 4:15 this afternoon to tell me that after exactly three and a half years of trying to have a baby....................















We are FINALLY....

Or maybe earlier!

We are sooo excited and can't believe it has actually happened! We have been looking forward to this day for a really long time!

I am officially 4 weeks and 3 days pregnant even though I did my embyro transfer less than two weeks ago....crazy huh? I go back to the doctor on Thursday for another blood test to make sure that my HCG levels are increasing. We should have a good idea on Thursday if it is twins or a singleton, but won't find out for sure for a couple more weeks.

I have a confession...I cheated and tested early. I actually had a postive pregnancy test on Friday, but only told Andrew (sorry to all of you that I saw over the weekend :). I just couldn't wait and I was having some symptoms so I wanted to know if I was just going crazy or if I was correct.

Thank you so much for all of your support and prayers! We are so blessed and thankful to have such amazing friends and family. Please continue to pray for our baby/babies so that they may grow, grow, grow! Since I am only four weeks along I am still at risk of having another miscarriage so please pray that this pregnancy remains viable for full-term!

One thing I always looked forward to was being able to surprise Andrew and our families with the news, but doing IVF, that just really isn't in the cards because everything is so scheduled.

I wish I could've surprised Andrew with this t-shirt since he is a computer IT guy.....
